Mr. Winter Meets Ms. Blondie Sneak Peek 7

Mr. Winter Meets Ms. Blondie

Episode Seven - When Desperation Strikes

“Would you sing one last time for me, dear? Then we’ll sleep together,” Mother Gothel said as she smiled at her. Even though her smile seemed twisted that it looked like a grimace, Rapunzel nodded.
Gothel held her new magic flower tight, and Rapunzel starts to sing.
“Flower, gleam and glow.” Starting from her head, her hair was starting to glow. It looked like a magnificent gold flowing through her hair. “Let your power shine. Make the clock reverse. Bring back what once was mine...”
In the middle of relief, Mother Gothel felt something approaching them. It was the same, sinister aura that chills her bones. But thanks to Rapunzel’s hair, its warmth seemed to ward it off a bit.
A thin, black mist was coming for Rapunzel. Eyes closed, she was feeling her power—its warmth and healing—until the scene in her mind changed.
Jack Frost left her mind, and this time, everything was black. Pitch black. When light slowly seeped in, Rapunzel was now seeing someone inside her mind.
Everything was dark, except for the golden glow of something near to her. Her hair. Looking closely, there was a hooded old woman singing while holding a tuft of her glowing, golden hair.
Rapunzel was near to crying, as the old woman scared her. Her malicious grin as she sings was too much. A second passed and the old woman magically became a beautiful, nubile woman. She reached out for her scissors, and went to cut her hair.
Then, Rapunzel was wondering why her hair stopped glowing, or why the beautiful woman suddenly turned old again. She was holding a tuft of brown hair disappointingly—Rapunzel’s hair.
Crying really loud, Rapunzel was taken into the old woman’s arms. In alarm, the couple sleeping near Rapunzel’s crib woke up. But they were too late—the old woman had taken Rapunzel away.
